Theme: 'Experts in the Eucharist'
Engaging the gospel in the Internet culture
What is the relevance of the 78th World Mission Sunday on the
vision-mission-goal of Catholic internet mission?
Throughout this Catholic internet mission website, various topics that were
dealt with can in one way or another contribute and support the theme and
special emphasis of the 78th World Mission Sunday. Just to refresh ourselves
on the topics we have taken up here, we can list them down again. There are
other topics that can be placed together with the ones listed down here,
but these four topics have a direct relevance to the theme proposed by the
papal message of World Mission Sunday. These are:

- The importance of grounding the theme of "Eucharist and Mission" not only
in the Catholic Internet niches but also in other niches where it can find
entry points for evangelization;
4. Catholic internet mission theology
- The essential truth of contextualizing and rooting Catholic internet mission
theology in the theology of World Mission Sunday's "Eucharist and Mission" -
a theology based upon a living celebration, a living adoration, and a living
contemplation of the Eucharist.
Since all these topics will be extensive when its relation to the theme and
special emphasis of World Mission Sunday is further explored in greater detail,
a new webpage will be produced under the title:

Note: We must continually remind the reader that Catholic internet
mission is an electronically-mediated world mission and that its call to be
an 'expert in the Eucharist' still lies in its actual involvement in the
living, liturgical, and sacramental celebration of the Eucharistic community.
All expertise gained and published on this website flows from this prime
and foundational living experience. That is the original mission which
Catholic internet mission derives its mandate from. This website is just
a sounding board that helps the Catholic internet user come upon first
contact of the aims of World Mission Sunday.
